Job Title: Sales Manager AHU (Air Handling Units) and Chilled Water
Department: Sales Marketing
Reporting to: GM
Job Summary
Demonstrate leader ship skills. Propose a sales plan. Manage local, regional and international sales to direct customers, consultants, distributors, agents and contractors.
Ensure sales targets are achieved as per budgets. Lead direct sales team to achieve sales goals and manage daily operations for the Sales and Marketing Department.
Principle Accountabilities:
· Plan and execute approved sales plan.
· Communicate company objectives downstream in the team.
· Clearly communicate to all the sales team about company expectations from them.
· Responsible to meet or exceed sales volumes established for the business.
· Responsible for the establishment of both annual and monthly sales objectives in coordination with the company’s business plan, and providing quarterly updates, revisions and modifications to the plan while working closely with the GM and the Finance Manager.
· Responsible for the successful management of the needs of the company’s customers in order to meet the objectives of the company’s overall business plans and strategies.
· Analyze sales statistics to formulate policy and to assist sales personnel in promoting sales.
· Reviews market analyses to determine customer needs, volume potential, price schedules, and develops sales campaigns to accommodate goals of company.
· Propose business opportunities geographically and product wise
· Track quarterly continuous improvement data and presents data at management review meeting.
· Forecast long-term and short-term business opportunities for the company.
· Prepare long-term sales strategies and strategic plans for the company.
· Maintain current book of business (CRM as per SOP).
· Ensure profitable sales growth and as per defined objectives of the company.
· Track and report sales to management.
· Ensure marketing material is up to date and in stock.
· Participate in business development, including participation in industry exhibitions, conferences, seminars and more.
· Prepare sales and department expenses budgets including marketing on yearly basis and quarterly review of the same.
· Follow company’s policies as defined.
· Other duties as and when assigned by the management.
