WTG Core Team Support Engineer-Uzbekistan - ACWA Power

What we need:
WTG Core Team Support Engineer: oversees the commissioning of wind turbines at various sites in Uzbekistan.
Inspection Activities: Collaborate on Q A inspections on wind turbines before, during and after commissioning to the extent required.Commissioning Activities: Participate on the commissioning process for wind turbine installations, ensuring all systems are operational and meet project specifications.Site Management: Travel to multiple wind power plants globally, coordinating with local teams to facilitate smooth commissioning activities.Technical Support: Provide on-site and remote technical expertise during the installation, testing and operation phases, namely on troubleshooting and breakdown RCAs as they arise (Level 2 support).Training: Inspect maintenance work of local personnel and train them on turbine operations and maintenance best practices.Collaboration: Work closely with project managers, engineers, and other stakeholders to ensure project timelines and objectives are met.Collaborate with central technical departments on all required technical issues and respective mitigations, acting as technical interface with field service teams to the extent required.Continuous Improvement: Identify opportunities for process improvements in commissioning practices and share insights with the team.Technology expertise: Act as a technology specialist for any technical matter related to WTGs during operation of Wind assets of Central Asia region.-Prepare RCAs and prepare warranty claims related to WTGs, in collaboration with central technical departments-Identify technical/ design improvements and discuss them with OEMs-Liaise with MPC (Monitoring and Prediction Center) on performance and reliability corrective actions required.-Review and provide technical support to SCADA team on SCADA data analysis and predictive maintenance schedules to the extent required.-Act as technical interface in replacement and repairing of major components, whether it is subcontracted or done inhouse.
