To plan, design, coordinate, and deliver the respective training programs in alignment with organization’s HR and business strategy.
Technical:Conduct needs analysis studies to analyze training needs and develop new training programs or modify and improve existing programs in coordination with the HR management and departments headsCoach and mentor, providing clear feedback and follow through to enforce and reinforce changes performanceMust establish and maintain an effective working relationship with department heads and managers throughout the companyMonitor staff performance by liaising with line managers and department heads.Supervising and monitoring progress made via training programs or schemesCoordinate, develop. and create training programs in line with targeted requirements.Provide training programs that address business and personnel requirements.Conduct orientation sessions and arrange on-the-job training for new hires.Develop metrics of measuring the effectiveness of training programs.Participate in the staff development programs, using knowledge of the effectiveness of methods such as classroom training, demonstrations, on-the-job training. meetings. conferences, and workshops.Assist in the creation of the yearly training calendarCoordinates and schedule trainings with suppliers and third partiesAssist the respective party in preparation, booking, quotations, etc… of the training programsJob Requirements:
College or University Graduate (preferable higher level of education MBA, etc....)From five (5) to ten (10) years’ experience within the training field as related to soft skills and preferable within the luxury retail field.
