Gym Front Desk and Sales Rep - The Club Gym

Key Responsibilities:Front Desk Duties:Greet and assist members, guests, and prospective clients in a welcoming, professional manner.Handle check-ins, membership verifications, and guest passes.Manage phone inquiries, emails, and social media messages promptly and courteously.Process payments for memberships, merchandise, and services.Maintain cleanliness and orderliness of the front desk, lobby, and communal areas.Monitor and enforce gym policies and safety procedures.Sales Duties:Conduct gym tours for prospective members, highlighting facilities, services, and promotions.Explain membership options, pricing, and benefits clearly and persuasively.Upsell personal training packages, group classes, and other value-added services.Achieve daily, weekly, and monthly sales targets and KPIs.Participate in outreach and marketing initiatives to attract new members
