Yoga Instructor - thera ladies fitness club

Thera Ladies Fitness Club is seeking a passionate and experienced Yoga Instructor to lead empowering and transformative yoga sessions for our members. The ideal candidate must have a strong background in Aerial Yoga, Hatha Yoga, Iyengar Yoga, Ashtanga Yoga, as well as experience in Meditation, Sound Healing, Singing Bowl Meditation, and Mantra Chanting. She should be dedicated to promoting holistic well-being in a supportive, women-only environment.
Key Responsibilities:Conduct group and private yoga sessions in various styles, including:Aerial YogaHatha YogaIyengar YogaAshtanga YogaGuide members through mindfulness and relaxation practices such as:MeditationSinging Bowl MeditationSound HealingMantra ChantingCreate class sequences tailored to clients’ needs and fitness levelsMaintain a calm, welcoming, and respectful studio environmentProvide physical and verbal adjustments and modifications for all levelsOffer wellness guidance and promote the studio’s holistic philosophyCollaborate with the team to organize wellness workshops and eventsEnsure the studio is clean, safe, and prepared before every sessionMaintain attendance records and provide feedback to managementRequirements:Certified Yoga Instructor with credentials in Aerial Yoga and at least 2 other mentioned stylesMinimum 2 years of teaching experience (ladies-only studio experience is a plus)Strong understanding of anatomy, alignment, and injury preventionExperience with meditation techniques, sound healing, and chantingExcellent communication and interpersonal skillsFluent in English (Arabic is a plus)Passionate about women s wellness and holistic healthAble to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekendsWhat We Offer:Supportive, women-focused work environmentCompetitive salary and benefitsOpportunities for continued training and growthA beautiful and peaceful studio space in Madinat Zayed
