We are seeking a dynamic Sales Manager to lead strategic sales initiatives while actively engaging in client-facing sales activities. In this hybrid role, you will represent premium brands, this role will evolve into a fully managerial position, overseeing a team of sales professionals.Key Responsibilities:Develop and implement effective sales strategies to drive revenue growth for Dornbracht, Atre Ceram, and Atelier Luxus.Identify and build relationships with key clients, including architects, interior designers, and developers.Deliver compelling product presentations and conduct client meetings to create new sales opportunities.Negotiate, close, and manage high-value sales deals while ensuring exceptional customer satisfaction.Utilize CRM tools to manage and track client communications, sales activity, and pipeline status.Provide mentorship and support to future sales team members as the department grows.Represent the company at industry events, exhibitions, and networking functions to enhance brand visibility.
