Job Description
BLUE RAYS is seeking a proactive and dynamic Talent Acquisition professional to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for sourcing, attracting, and hiring top talent to support our growing creative and technical departments. The role is critical in building a strong employer brand and ensuring that we recruit individuals who align with our values and vision in media production.

Key Responsibilities
Manage the full recruitment cycle from job posting to onboardingWork with department managers to determine hiring needs and job requirementsSource candidates through various channels including job boards, social media, and referralsReview applications, conduct interviews, and assess candidates’ suitabilityCoordinate communication between applicants and hiring teamsMaintain a talent pool for future hiring needsPromote the company’s employer brand through innovative recruitment strategiesEnsure compliance with Saudi labor regulations and internal HR policies

Qualifications
