The Projects Manager is responsible for planning, managing, and executing infrastructure projects related to potable water networks, sewage systems, and water/wastewater treatment plants. The role includes coordinating multidisciplinary teams, ensuring technical accuracy, timely delivery, compliance with safety standards, and client satisfaction throughout all project phases.Key Responsibilities:Lead the planning, execution, and delivery of multiple water and wastewater infrastructure projects.Review project designs, technical specifications, BOQs, and ensure regulatory compliance.Manage project budgets, procurement schedules, and resource allocations.Supervise site activities, ensuring adherence to scope, time, and quality.Communicate with clients, consultants, and government authorities regarding project progress and approvals.Identify potential risks, propose mitigation plans, and resolve construction and coordination issues.Monitor performance of subcontractors and suppliers, and ensure timely completion of deliverables.Prepare and submit project reports, updates, and documentation to management.Ensure all safety, environmental, and quality standards are met during project execution.Provide leadership and guidance to project engineers, supervisors, and technical teams.
