We are seeking a detail-oriented and results-driven Production Engineer to manage and optimize the furniture manufacturing process. This role plays a key part in ensuring high-quality production, operational efficiency, and seamless coordination across teams. The ideal candidate will bring technical expertise, strong problem-solving skills, and a proactive approach to maintaining production excellence.Key ResponsibilitiesOversee Production Operations Supervise the end-to-end manufacturing process, from material procurement to final product delivery.Optimize Production Processes Identify bottlenecks and implement improvements to increase productivity, reduce waste, and enhance workflow efficiency.Ensure Product Quality Monitor production output to ensure adherence to quality standards, specifications, and company guidelines.Manage Production Schedules Develop and maintain timelines to meet delivery targets and client expectations.Coordinate Across Teams Collaborate with design, quality control, maintenance, and procurement teams to ensure smooth operations and timely issue resolution.Resolve Technical Issues Troubleshoot production problems quickly and effectively to minimize delays and maintain output levels.Ensure Safety Compliance Enforce adherence to workplace safety regulations and procedures across the production floor.
